‘Ecom SATHi’ is Ecom Express’ Pickup and Delivery Partner Program through which individuals can partner with Ecom Express to pickup or deliver e-commerce packages. Any person, with an android phone and a vehicle can join the program and can get started. This program also offers choice to individuals w.r.t time slot selection and area in which they wish to deliver.

Yes, you will be able to track your application status in the summary page of the Ecom SATHi App
We have two stages of background check:
Step One: We check the authenticity of the documents that you have uploaded on our Ecom Sanjeev App (ensure that you upload quality scans).
Step Two: After you have successfully passed through Step 1, you will be called for a face-to-face physical verification.
Failing in Step 2 would freeze your account, and you will not be able to re-apply with us.
Hence, we encourage you to produce valid ID proofs so that you can experience hassle free on-boarding.
Ecom Express focuses extensively on training its personnel. After your successful joining, we will provide you with training required to perform your job well.

You are required to dedicate 6 days in a week and can select between two slots – 4 hours and 8 hours. We encourage you to pick your most suitable stretch to get started.
Regardless of our 365 days and 24 hours operations, you are always entitled to 1 week-off. However, you can always choose to work on your week-offs to increase your earning potential. Any additional leaves can be taken (as per policy) with prior information.
No, you need not deposit any amount.
You will be allotted a Delivery Centre in your city after you are successfully on-boarded. This Delivery Centre will be your work location from where you need to pick-up the parcels.
Your delivery area will be within the city of the Delivery Centre allotted to you.
Yes, we strongly recommend you carry money change every time you are out for delivery.
We have accounted that these instances may occur. Hence, we have built an algorithm on the number of parcels that can be effectively attempted within your opted stretch without compromising on your earning potential.
You can always contact the Delivery Centre Head in case of any queries while you are on job.
Road Safety is one of the most important safety measures that you should ensure. Always wear helmet while riding two – wheeler and wear seat belt while driving, and the necessary PPEs while you are on the field.

You will be paid as per your employment type. For Earn per Shipment you will be paid every week. We process payments every Thursday via direct deposit to the bank account you provided us during sign-up.
Your earnings will be based on the stretch selected by you. We always aim to ensure the number of parcels assigned to you for delivery are realistic, considering your slot, area congestion, and the primary requirement of rider’s/driver’s safety.
